Delivery
Product Availability and Direct Factory Shipping
Product Availability: Some of our products may not always be in stock at our warehouse. In these cases, the items will be shipped directly from the factory to ensure timely delivery. We clearly indicate on the product page whether a product will be shipped from our warehouse or directly from the factory.
What are the shipping costs?
For products shipped from our warehouse in Uden, Netherlands:
All orders with a value of €45 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €45, the shipping costs are €3.95.
Shipping to Belgium and Luxembourg is free for orders with a value above €80. Below this amount, the shipping costs are €8.75. Shipping costs to other countries within the EU are €12.95.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Uden, the Netherlands.
We ship within the Netherlands with PostNL and DHL, and to Belgium exclusively with PostNL.
For products shipped directly from the factory:
Shipping costs may vary depending on the factory location and the destination country. These costs will be displayed during checkout.
What is the delivery time?
For products shipped from our warehouse in Uden, Netherlands:
from Monday to Saturday, everything ordered before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. We strive to have your order delivered to your home the next working day. We are dependent on our carrier for this, so keep an eye on your track & trace information.
Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. For shipping to Belgium and Luxembourg, the average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
For products shipped directly from the factory:
Delivery times may vary depending on the factory location and the destination country. On average, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Specific delivery times will be provided during checkout.
As these products are shipped directly from the factory, they may be delivered separately from other items in your order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with certain items in your order, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Please contact us by email: contact@exenant.com. Make sure that the product is unused, complete and with the original packaging and any price tags and associated attributes. The costs for returning are for the customer.
We advise you to send your return shipment with a track & trace, so that you have proof of shipment. Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place, because this is also your proof of return. Exenant is not liable for returns that are lost and for which a proof of shipment is missing.
What are the return costs?
If you decide to return an item to us, you are responsible for the costs of this. The shipping costs may vary per courier service. We advise you to send your return shipment with track & trace and to keep the proof of shipment in a safe place.
